Had a great time during our New Year's stay at this resort. The villas were clean and tidy, and the staff was super helpful. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and shopping areas. The continental breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing environment of the resort.
There were a few negative aspects that we encountered. The grounds could have been better maintained, as the grass was not regularly cut.

The continental breakfast offered some fresh options like yogurt and fruit. Location was convenient to the downtown area, especially for Christmas events. We appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport.
Our room was outdated and had a strong musty smell.

The hotel's location in a sub-tropical garden setting was beautiful. The village center was within walking distance, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were friendly and always had smiles on their faces. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were clean and relaxing.
Can't fault the property in any way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in beautiful quiet gardens close to town. The staff were happy, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The prices were very affordable and the happy hour and bar snacks were great. The grounds were really lovely.
All was ok, but the rooms were not cleaned once nor any clean towels given despite complaining twice.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our week-long stay. The separate cabins were perfect for our group of friends, allowing us to have privacy while still being close to each other. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean and spacious, and we loved sitting outside on the small balconies. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One particular instance that stood out was when our flight back to Sydney was cancelled and we had to return to the hotel for an extra two days. The staff welcomed us back with open arms and immediately provided us with fresh linen and towels. We cannot thank them enough for their wonderful service.
All was fine during our stay.
